Our odyssey into broadcast television began
in March 1996, when "Sanskriti"
— our 30 minute show went on air once a week on public access
television. Soon, popularity grew and public demand for more programming
skyrocketed. Two years and 125 shows later, we started "Saptahikee"
— a new and exciting show that broke new ground in Indo-Pak
television programming. To this day, Saptahikee has remained our
flagship program, with thousands of dedicated viewers statewide
and a group of longtime, loyal sponsors.
Saptahikee brings you community news, music,
sneak peeks into the latest movie releases and entertainment —
all presented by an experienced host. The show has since expanded
to an hour, and aired on nine cable companies and on regular television
(WJYS Channel 34).
Public demand grew again, and expansion became
inevitable. In 2000 we expanded programming to 7 days a week, with
specially produced shows for each day. You can now watch Saptahikee
on WFBT TV Channel 23, Americast (Wow)
and other cable networks.
All this time we never stopped reinventing
ourselves. Watch out for exciting new segments like Bollywood
Buzz, talent hunts and much, much more. And now
we're available nationwide through satellite television on the International
Channel. Click here for schedule information.
